Center Thursday, June 23, 2011.  Damon Simmons of Foothill High School, will be competing in flag football and basketball at the Dwarf Athletic Association of America (DAAA) National Games in Orange County, Calif., from July 2 through July 6, 2011.  Simmons has been playing basketball since the first grade and became interested in it from watching Michael Jordan.  "I believed I could shoot and prove that small people could shoot," Simmons said.
