LineBox

“Small is beautiful’ symbolizes two features from Mini House, a small detached house designed by Canadian architect firm LineBox Studio since 2009. Sitting on a narrow area on Craven Roas, Tiny Mini House solves the problem of having an engaging house in spite of limited area. The designer initiates some adaptation in the design to economize the building. Upon entering the house, a set of furnished kitchen appliances combined with a wooden table for working. The limited space is optimized with the presence of stair that connects the first and second floor.

The steel cupboard with clothes inside is combined with and a chair and long couch where you can sleep for several minutes. It is obviously that a narrow space does not hamper the architects for expanding their imagination for a refined house fitting both the client’s budget and wish. Creativity and resourcefulness are the main persistent elements in design improvement.
