Music Ed. major at Western, Kevin Goodnight, 23, of Bowling Green, has played in many bands for Western including concert band, jazz band, marching band, pep band and a quintet. He has played the trumpet for 14 years and got his start in music because of his great-uncle who was a piano jazz player. "I heard Charlie Parker and Dizzy Gillespie play 'A Night in Tunisia' and it made me want to play ever since," Goodnight said. "[I'm] all about trumpet."
